For the Digital Business Advisor role · Melbourne Innovation Centre
Most small businesses now use AI. Very few use it well.
Around 69% of Australian small businesses use AI today, yet only about 5% use it well enough to get real value. I help owners cross that gap with practical digital, marketing and AI advice, and I build and run the tools myself, so the advice is grounded, not theoretical.

What I'd do in the role
What I'd build for your clients.
Each piece maps to a Digital Solutions Round 3 priority area, and each is a repeatable format, not a one-off. Two anchor pages, then the tools and deliverables themselves, ready to open.
Work and proof
Each client deliverable paired with the real platform capability that proves I can deliver it, mapped to a Round 3 pillar. Advice grounded in what I actually run.

An interactive working plan: three client-facing pilots and two internal ones, filtered by pillar, with 90-day targets. Plus two live voice agents you can talk to.

A voice agent that triages a business owner's question and books a session, in MIC's voice.
An after-hours line for a small business that answers and books. The SME version of the same build.
Twenty seconds from a pain point to one tool to start with this week. The AI Starter, distilled.
A two-minute teardown of a site and funnel, returning three ranked fixes for this week.
The 30-minute session stepped through: intake, pick one tool, first prompt, check-back.
A mini identity for a fictional cafe: logo treatment, palette and one template. Design at speed.

A small sign of respect
A brand homage.
This whole site is built in MIC's own brand language, down to an ASCII rendering of your monogram running quietly in the background. The brand page shows how it's made: the logo's vector paths sampled into characters, live in the browser.
