A voice agent I built · for Melbourne Innovation Centre

Talk to the MIC AI Advisor.

A voice agent that answers small-business questions about MIC, points an owner to the right program, and offers to book a session. It runs on a knowledge base drawn from MIC's public content, in a warm, plain-English manner, the way an advisor would actually talk.

Built by Demi Thathsara with ElevenLabs. A demonstration, not an official MIC line. “Book a session” opens my Cal.com. It answers from MIC's public information and will say when it doesn't know something rather than invent it.

What it does

An advisor's first conversation, on call.

Try asking

Things it answers well.

“What does Melbourne Innovation Centre actually do?”

“Can you help me get started with AI without breaking anything?”

“Am I eligible for the Digital Solutions program?”

“Can I book a session?”

How I built it

A knowledge base, a voice, and one real action.

The agent is grounded in a curated knowledge base from MIC's public content (programs, Digital Solutions, eligibility), given a warm AU-English persona, and wired to a single real action: opening the booking page. No autopilot, no invented facts. It's the same shape of agent I'd help a Digital Solutions client stand up for their own business, which you can hear in the café version, or see planned out across five pillars on the 90-day page.
